Albany South will be completed early 2026 and is comprised of 15 townhomes in Chilliwack, BC located on Hudson Road — on Promontory. These luxury units will include 15 upper suites (2 floors and approx 1400 sq ft) and 15 lower suites (either bachelors or one bed units approx 340 to 375 sq ft). All units boast modern finishings, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, high ceilings, private backyards.
All rental units include an attached 1 car garage with a full length driveway (for the upper suite) and one off-street assigned stall for the lower suite. These rental units are all strictly non-smoking units, either inside or on the premises, and no dogs.

Are pets allowed in these rentals?
As the backyards are not fully fenced in, and because they are shared between the upper and lower suites, sadly these units are not dog-friendly. However, if you have a mature, INDOOR cat, one pet may be considered.
Are utilities included in the rental price?
So even though these units are upper and lower suites, the utility meters for each suite are separate. Because of this, utilities are not included in the rental price, as it is your responsibility to have your own utility accounts in your name - the good news is you only pay for the amount you use! Water, landscaping and garbage pick-up, however, are included.
Is there air-conditioning in the units?
Yes, there is! PLUS the utility meters are separate for upper and lower suites, so pay solely for your own usage!
I love nature, how far away are outdoor amenities?
If you are looking for a quick and easy nature fix, Promontory is literally on the side of a mountain so hiking trails, parks & walking trails are right at your finger tips! Mount Thom hiking entrance is minutes away, as well as Jinkerson Park & the challenging Jinkerson Stairs!
How do I set up a time to view the available units?

What do you mean by modern finishings?
Every unit has been specially created by our interior designer, and boasts multiple potlights in the kitchen, dining rooms and living rooms, so no need to rely on your own lamps to light your space. The countertops are all made out of quartz stone, the kitchen backsplash is tiling, and all of the appliances are brand new stainless steel. The flooring is an attractive vinyl plank, with carpet on the stairs and upper floor. The master bedroom ensuite is glass-encased and has tile walls, and His & Hers sinks. Extra attention has been paid to these units to ensure they are comfortable, trendy and luxury rental units!
When is construction expected to be completed?
Construction is expected to be complete for all units by August 2026: units 1-4 by MARCH 1st, units 5-8 by APRIL 1st, units 11-15 by JUJE 1st and finally units 9-10 by JULY 1st, 2026!
Is there a Showsuite I can view?
There sure is! We find it is sometimes easiest when you can see a unit furnished to really get an idea of the potential! Your personalised tour will be conducted within unit 1 (upper or lower), which is (come mid-February) will be staged and cleaned for your viewing pleasure!
What do I do if I have a unit repair request or other issue?
If any issues arise, you can contact your Tenant Manager who will in turn dispatch our Maintenance Manager! They are very friendly, knowledgable, and can be contacted by phone or email - although if it is an issue, email is preferred for tracking and reporting purposes! They make it her priority to ensure quick response times, and love to make each tenant feel heard and looked after! It is our goal to ensure that our tenants know they are a priority and we endeavour to repair and fix anything as soon as it arises.
Is there in-suite laundry or is it shared?
Every unit has it's own private, in-suite laundry with full sized machines- so no need to fight over a washer and dryer in a communal laundromat.
