From there Forty Ninth Living was created & it has continued to grow & diversify their original mission statement & it excels at providing great customer service to tenants, investors & other local developers that hold the same philosophy & values.
Anna is committed to creating positive and successful professional relationships, striving for the best possible outcome in each situation. Personally, she enjoys all things culinary, especially baking (and taste-testing) desserts alongside her family and friends.

Elizabeth enjoys putting her work experience to good use & delivering the promise of quality service. Elizabeth enjoys cooking, going to the gym & watching Formula 1 Racing - but instead of a Ferrari, it's her 3 year old daughter running full speed around the house.
While at work Hannah’s dedicated, driven and friendly attitude shines through. She loves working with people and utilizing her skills. Off the job Hannah’s goofy side comes out and she enjoys making lasting memories with her two young boys.
Gerry is an innovative & creative handyman who proudly holds the title of our Maintenance Manager. He holds over 28 years of experience in all aspects of the construction field, including: regular/preventative maintenance, life cycle management, contracts and regular property management. Gerry prides himself on providing great customer service with a pleasant demeanour & he excels at being detail-orientated & completing his repair projects to the Owners’ satisfaction.
Kristie is a licensed Realtor, Property Manager & Managing Broker! She is a firm believer in building trust & long-lasting relationships, which naturally leaks into her daily business practices. She absolutely loves working alongside her team members & assisting them wherever she can with a ready smile & a helping hand.
